Spirit Gear Stores
Spirit / School Gear stores are temporary stores that are only “live” for a short period of time, usually designated by the person / school liaison running the sale. Shipping is typically NOT offered in the store as the orders are not processed until the SALE IS CLOSED, then ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AT THE SAME TIME; then packaged and delivered to the school via the liaison. You MAY NOT come into DWS Apparel in-person to pick up any orders placed in the Spirit Gear Stores. All sales are final.
We offer USPS (www.usps.com) and UPS (www.ups.com) shipping services with overnight shipping and standard ground services.
WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE Next Day Air shipping to arrive the day after you order. Orders placed after 12 noon will not be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will not ship until Monday at the earliest.
We are not responsibly for shipping delays caused by the selected carrier once your package has left our facility. If, however a problem does occur that is the fault of the shipper (us) we will make EVERY EFFORT to rectify the situation where feasible.
Promo codes, specials, discounts, etc. can be terminated at any time by DWS Apparel without notice. PROMO CODES, COUPON CODES, or DISCOUNTS WILL ONLY BE HONORED IF THEY ARE ENTERED AT TIME OF ORDER. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is in the TERMS you agree to when you place the order, so please do not email us or comment us for a refund on a discount, it will be ignored. So remember – to enter your promo code at time of order!
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final, however at DWS Apparel we realize that for many people, ordering apparel online may be new. With that in mind, we’ve rigorously tested our fulfillment systems and over time have developed the best balance of automation and human supervision.
If, within 3 days of receiving your order, the products you receive differs materially from what you ordered on DWSApparel.com/Shop or if the goods are otherwise flawed, then you may return the non-custom / non-personalized goods for a full refund if done so within 3 days of receiving your order. All we ask is that you notify DWS Apparel Customer Service before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately.
